Erin bridges the gap between the State Capitol and the salon chair. She turns complex policy into professional excellence by modernizing licenses, rewriting hair curricula, and expanding testing sites. Her work makes it easier and faster for practitioners to obtain certification, licensure, and recognition as essential experts.

Debra is the primary advocate for the recognition of braiders. She works to bring the braiding community "out of the shadows" by fighting for formal certification and legal respect. She ensures that this essential craft is seen as a legitimate, professional career path with its own set of high standards.
